A few sundays ago.. i was pulled over for speeding.. and Andrea managed to get a pic of me being pulled over.. Not very funny actually.. even though i didnt get a speeding fine (i was doing 100 in a 50 zone) it got me thinking later as to how silly it was.. Speeding Kills.. so why is it that i dont take that reality seriously?????

hmm..good question.. well its kinda simple really.. Bryce and i were heading back to his place and he suggested i take a 'backstreet' next to a railway line and the cops were on the otherside of the railway line and i went flying past them but because they werent traffic cops they didnt know exactly how fast i was going so i just got a warning.. but yeah they totally coulda given me a fine for wreckless driving or something.. lucky i guess.. very lucky!
Cop: Do you know why we have pulled you over?
Me: No
Cop: Come on mate.. Dont pretend you dont know
Me: Maybe i was speeding........
Cop: Maybe?? We were going 60kph and you flew past us..
Me (thinking).. OOps..
Cop: Do you know the speed limit here?
Me: No
Cop: Its 50
Cop: How fast were you goin?
Me: Dont know.. faster than 60kph i guess..
Cop: Well i'd say u were doin around 90
Me (thinking) more like 100!
Cop: Can we see your driver licence?
Me: Yeah sure
The Cop go off and look at my licence.. meanwhile Bryce is laughing at me..
Cop comes back..
Cop: Well mate you're very lucky.. if we had been traffic cops you would have received a fine.. so i'm just gonna give you a warning.. make sure you slow down..
Me: Yeah sorry about that.. Thanks..
We drive off and bryce keeps laughing at me.. my heart is racing at 100 miles and hour!!!!..
We get to Bryces and Andrea is also laughing at me and shows me the photo.. how embarrassment!!
So thats kinda what happened..
Ok so i cant take all the credit for the pic... Nat jumped out the car and ran down the street to get the perfect shot... good times in freo ;)
i'll have to keep that one in mind (of how to do that), as i've never been caught :)
