forgot to mention "rusted to bits". engine prob stuffed too because fuel and oil doesn't last 21 years without decomposing.

However, the b00f™ would agree somewhat with the anonyfools' comments in that the vehicle would definitely be a rusty surfboard and that it wouldn't run very well after a few years given that fuel has a short shelf life. The oil wouldn't really be a problem as even though it may be somewhat degraded, the engine wouldn't be running long enough to cause any major wear - however, as the oil adds say, most engine wear occurs in the first 5 minutes...
