Man it seems like I've eat, slept (actually not much of that - except in the chair in my office), and worked, worked, worked for this coming weekend - but I'm excited and stoked to have the opportunity to work with such amazing people and on such great projects! Actually it's 12:45am - I'm still at church and will be here at 6am but I wouldn't have it any other way! We even have a 'Power Nap Room' here at church which I plan on taking full avantage of.
A few weeks ago we borrowed 3 cameras and shot a mini film of a painted visual worship session on the church back wall. Omigosh - we had soooooo much fun doing this. I think God must totally delight in that level of joy!! The editting has been long but hopefully worth it - the scratchy bits are meant to be that way OK! Come and see it for yourself at the BIG Film Fest 9.30pm Saturday night, followed by a very cool interview with Bono and Bill Hybels. I've seen it - it's gold!
So to all of those who can't be here in person here's a BIG WEEKEND shout out to you and we wish you were here... my sista B, Tony (thanks for posting when the rest of us haven't had a chance), brotha Gav (how's the snow?), Mr & Mrs 'Nelson', Blam & Rod and all our church family across the globe, lurkers and commentors alike - we're doing it BIG for ya here in the WILD WEST!! I'd also like to mention the amazing Hannah, Claudine, Ruthee and Sarah who've ventured from the far east just to be here with us for it & AMP's wild bash! Good times! We love you and having you here is a huge blessing!
And last... but certainly not least, I love to thank the amazing and stunning Clare (also birthday girl today - give her a kiss) and all the VAT!! I love serving with you - you light my world!! Thanks so much for your tireless effort and hard work - you all are truely amazing!! As we say... "glory to God - the VAT did it!"
Next project : body paint! All models apply in writing - bring it back to worship! xx K

Good news folks- I'm still alive. I'm currently in some dodgy net cafe site in Denver, Colorado (just arrived 2 hours ago). I've had 5 hrs sleep over 3 days, so feeling ____! Had a interesting day yesterday in LA, with most of time spent in Santa Monica & Venice Beach; the Americans are strange people & appear to live cocooned lives.
Hope & pray the Big Weekend & CT is awesome & life changing, shame I'm not there to serve.
yaay for GOD, RV, Kymmie, Clare, VAT and everyone else...our stained glass 'rocket' looks great!I had an incredible time on stage last night helping my fellow blondie, Jodes paint a HOT picture and what an honour let me tell you - Holy Spirit overflowing!! and hows about UNITED..i think I've done my back in from all that jumping around teehee...early to rise this morning to gear up for another brilliant day/night - cannot wait for the film fest! xx

Sorry Kym I totally missed your VAT doco...and Bono. Shame..I tried to keep my body awake, but it just wasn't gonna happen!Good work VAT team...your work over the wknd has been inspiring & i reckon totally world first!
