As of this morning el rancho has re- structured.. Constant whining and 'alterations' to this blog by some contributors have led me to make some harsh but firm decisions.. This blog originated by the vision to be keep my family in Chile in the loop of my life.. I then decided that two are better than one and hence the new vision of el rancho began.. Its new vision was for a fun and entertaining blog.. As the team grew more and more the control over what was posted became less and less.. and that wasn’t a problem.. my aim was that the different perspectives would add to the entertainment value through diversity.. i.e. if what I post is 'crap' or not ‘quality’ material then what the others brought to the table would.. But in the recent months there have been unapproved 'de-links' and criticism from within.. and that’s goes against the 'don’t screw with the crew policy' .. now I understand that criticism is good and I love it ( otherwise b00f woulda been banned a long time ago) but i'm not putting up with unauthorised 'de-links' no more.. some may leave some may stay.. it may all end here.. in any case I have decided that el rancho can only have one chef but many cooks..
could this be the end of El Rancho.. who will go and who will stay??
