Bono on Denton

Bono was interviewed by Andrew Denton tonight.. just brilliant.. i'm sure the factor will cover this interview to more depth... basically i loved it.. i loved the way bono spoke so passionately about making poverty history and his take on Australia as leaders in that cause.. i loved the way he has the heart and compassion to use his 'currency' as a celebrity to change the world we live in.. to not accept what is but try and change it.. i loved how bono a 'spoilt rockstar' is such a humble man.. i loved the way God has given him such a favour amongst men of power..

He also mentioned a new thing they are doing called 'Product Red'.. to help with Aids in Africa..

I was so inspired by this man of God. Bono is a highly intellectual, spiritual and influential guy that is attempting to make the world a better place. He makes the solution to world poverty sound so simple and totally achievable. The other fact that just blew me away was how a leader of the best band in the world could be so humble, he takes none of the glory for himself.
Also, I'm not sure I would be able to handle Mikhail Gorbachev (Communist Party of the Soviet Union)just showing up on my doorstep without at least a phone call stating he was coming.
May God continue to bless his endeavours in changing the world.
