I usually check phil's blog from time to time but i often find it annoying as some of the ppl that comment on it are a tad bit 'controversial' and have some WAY out there views.. often they are negative and down right rude but there's always the funny ones and the interesting ones to read.. but Phil has decided to end the comments and I just love the way he worded it..
"After all this was just a hobby...a bit of cyber fun. So we will keep posting, providing links etc but the comments option will cease. No one wants their own house continually graffitied and then be accused by said vandals of censorship when you decide to contact the police and repaint...."
now this blog is too 'shallow' to comment on it so I’m thinking we'll keep the comments option open.. but there was that one time! (and no its wasn’t at band camp) that we had to close the comments.. Shame

well, in some ways i find it a little bit sad but on the other hand, I can truly understand.It is pretty hard to control people thought on the internet. Specially because it's easy to loose the control of our own thought and then you send it and it's in some ways too late to go back.

I stopped going to Phil's blog for this reason alone, probably about 4 months ago. Maybe it is because I'm certainly not one for contraversy, although I was down right offended by some of the so called Christian views held by some of the more regular bloggers. I had to question my own thoughts some times and not bite. Keep it real people, God said show love to all........
