some moron must have lost his tollbox off the back of his truck this weekend... there were tools everywhere - with blue and yellow flags/scraves hanging out of their vehicles...
honestly, we all know the eagles won and quite frankly it isn't necessary to advertise said fact further! And if said tools were real supporters they would have been in Melbourne so don't give me any "can't one show his/her appreciation for his/her footy team? crap!
Now maybe if u were wagging ur flag in Vic or even better NSW, that would be a worthy thing to do...
yep sure did nelson... it was the next best thing to being there since i had to sell my tickets to the ACTUAL game and cancel my flight cos no one would come with me!! yes, i am still slightly bitter! can u tell?! :p
Oh man!! I got to see the start of the game and heard the finish of the game as 50 of us stood around a truck in a car park llistening to it on the radio. We were in between touch footy matches at SportsFest down south. Even from the radio is was amazing atmosphere - heard the siren and everyone started hugging each other and cheering - it was bitingly brilliant!
And even better... my cute little 'cuzn' Trent from Wongan Hills is an avid AusKICK kid and he won the chance to place the medal over Dean Cox’s (No 20) head at the ceremony!! ... The star annointing must run in the family! Then I saw him and my uncle on TV! Brilliant!!
P.S. Spewing about Mutto last night - sad! :( But don't have the energy to post on it!
