The Adventures of 'Merv' in California

Well Folks, 'Merv' & myself had the absolute pleasure & honour of visiting the Cullens in California last weekend, catching up with Gav's good mate Adam, being at the launch of Riverview OC & representing my church Riverview, taking in the sights; unfortunately time did not permit him being able to catch up with Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.....

Awaiting the start of the Phil Wickham concert outreach on Saturday night, he trully was awesome & knows how to worship & lead with passion...

I needed to have my photo taken with the very beautiful & talented Ali Cullen at the concert. This was a choice photo of 'Morro Bay' road in the exclusive area (North Park) where the Cullens are living- Paul didn't even know that he is famous in the USA as well as Australia, also 'Spring Valley' is the name of the farm where my Mum grew up in Wongan Hills. Adam & myself posing as Bert & Ernie...

This the entrance to Riverview Orange County (the extremely gorgeous Hayley & Danielle are the feature faces of the church), by day & night a Movie Theatre in Irvine- Sunday Morning and God arrives. Elli Bevis threatened us all with a cream covered knife during the cake cutting & launch to keep coming to the church or else!! This church is destined to grow and do great things in the community, continue to pray for stability & for the staff.

The view of the mountains from 'North Park'- Merv had to sit for a while and take in the surrounding scenery. The water fountains/jets outside the Irvine Cinemas/Riverview OC. 'Merv' playin a few computer games.

'Merv' checkin out the sunset from Newport Jetty/Pier- very beautiful, and fantastic being able to enjoy the moment with some of my great mates. There was no lifeguard on duty at Newport Beach, though this other bloke posed for the camera...

I was so priveleged to be able to hang out with my good mate Dan; here in the Market Place Shopping Centre- please pray for him. Was able to go to the pumpin' Newport Church on Sunday night- venue is Dennis Rodman's old nightclub, 6 services in 1 day & only been going for 7 months.

Found this restuarant on First Ave East in Tustin/Santa Ana though no one in there could speak any English, Tony would be right at home (spot 'Merv').

Overall- I was so blessed to be there on this special weekend, and hang out with my mates......
