My Dad was going through his old stuff and found a book that he kindly thought would help me...Thanks Pops. I'm not sure what he was trying say exactly but I read it anyway. With a cover like this, I just had to read it!! There's actually some good advice in there, but I'm not too sure about the whole 'clean his shoes' deal. So here is a passage that I thought some of you wives, or wives-to-be may find helpful in your journey to being or becoming a better wife...

Oh wow!! I must admit as I was reading this I thought it was someone else posting...not naming names... Gav ;) but then it was Jess! Nice to have you back! Classic post! Love it! Love you! xx K
Arrrh, thanks very much Red- I'm not actually that chauvenistic!!! Well- how things have changed over the years- if it wasn't for books like this, how would have the whole feminism movement started (though thats a whole new subject). Just a note b00f- there is no women like this - even though you think Bridge is wonderful....
I'm also big fan of the authors surname- fitting of the book she wrote
I think that this kind of literature is no longer being circulated just goes to show how regressed modern christianity has become... tragic that such important teachings have become obsolete... I for one think feminism had its roots in satanism... feminism is an attack on true christian values...
I agree feminism wrecked a lot of things for us chicks and society in general.
Nothing personal Gav'rooney...it's just that it's usually one of you 3 guys having a stir and I think b00f wouldn't dare at this stage of the home straight. I know you're not a chauvo... we love ya! ;) KR
gav. i too am a fan of the author's surname. her husband has also written some great books. his name is phil.
Kym- by 'one of you 3 guys' u mean b00f Gav and Ado don't ya?.. i am no pro feminist but certainly not pro chauvinist either.. although i do like the idea of having my shoes shined..
when you move to chile you can have them shined for hardly any money at all - you could do it as a favour to your lady, that is probably written in the ´role of a husband´ book I guess...
nice post Jess! I am sure that Garrick will agree that good wives do adhere to these guidelines...
i just like her smock. :P
here goes nothing...
the b00f™ understands the plight of those affected by......
wait for it....
post feminism!
To hell with it all, we want our shoes shined... not that the b00f™ wears shinable shoes - its the principle of the thing!
