Our Chilean Ambassador for Jesus!

Chile's gain is our loss and although we'll miss our favourite Latino on our shores, it's obvious to see God's hand in all of this... love it! I absolutely love how God works good for all those who love him even when times are looking scary. My dear Oma calls it activating 'faith rest'... a very simple rest in faith in God.

So I can't wait to see more of these 'God adventures' we're all starting to embark on! "To be sure the times are changing me hearties" [use your fave pirate voice] and this following parable Jesus told reminds me that it's all being alert to the things of God and acting on them.

Mark 13:34-37
"It's like a man going away: He leaves his house and puts his servants in charge, each with his assigned task, and tells the one at the door to keep watch.
"Therefore keep watch because you do not know when the owner of the house will come back—whether in the evening, or at midnight, or when the rooster crows, or at dawn. If he comes suddenly, do not let him find you sleeping. What I say to you, I say to everyone: 'Watch!' "
